About me


With a deep-rooted background in technology, my career path began in France, where I pursued an educational foundation in IT. 

I started with a System and Technology A-Level, followed by a Technical Degree in Computing and Networks, and finally completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development. 

While studying, I gained hands-on experience as a Web Developer, allowing me to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world projects, strengthening my development skills. 

After graduating, I stepped into the role of IT Coordinator, where I oversaw system management and supported IT infrastructure needs. This role developed my ability to manage complex systems and coordinate with various teams, reinforcing my problem-solving and technical skills in a dynamic environment. 


Driven to expand my expertise, I then decided to work in Luxembourg. There, I took on the dual role of IT Support Manager and Customer Success Manager. This role combined my technical proficiency with customer-facing skills, enabling me to oversee IT support operations while ensuring customer satisfaction. 

I later advanced into an ERP Consultant role with a specialization in Odoo, where I guided organizations through ERP implementations, helping them optimize operations and manage business processes more efficiently. 


Most recently, I relocated to Malta, attracted by the favorable climate and quality of life. 

Here, I work as an IT System Technician, maintaining and supporting critical systems and bringing my technical acumen to new challenges in the IT infrastructure space. 


Each phase of my career has broadened my skill set, blending technical expertise with valuable experience in customer relations, ERP implementation, and system management, making me a well-rounded IT professional ready to adapt and thrive in any setting.

Education

Bachelor's Degree - IT Development

IUT de Metz (France) - 2019/2020

Specialized bachelor’s degree in software engineering, which really focused on giving me both the technical and practical skills needed for the software industry. 

Through this program, I gained a solid foundation in programming, software architecture, and project management, which prepared me to tackle real-world challenges in software development. 

The coursework covered a range of essential topics, such as object-oriented programming, algorithms, databases, and software testing, along with system design and integration. 

We didn’t just study the theory, we worked on practical projects that allowed us to apply what we learned. 

This hands-on approach was a huge part of the program, as it pushed us to solve real problems, often in team settings, which taught me a lot about collaboration and project workflows. 

I also learned about key project management methodologies, which was invaluable for working within development teams and handling larger projects. 

We explored various tools and frameworks that are standard in the industry, so by the time I graduated, I had a strong grasp of the processes and tools that companies rely on every day. 


Technical Degree - Computing & Network

Lycée Polyvalent Jean Zay (France) - 2017/2019

This is a two-year technical degree focused on digital systems, IT, and networking. 

This program provided me with a solid foundation in managing and troubleshooting digital systems, along with a strong emphasis on computing and networking. 

Throughout the degree, I learned the essentials of network architecture, operating systems, and system maintenance, as well as programming basics. 

We covered everything from setting up and configuring network infrastructures to understanding how to secure and optimize them.

The program also covered automation, IoT, and industrial IT, which gave me a broader view of how different systems interact and how digital solutions are implemented in real environments. This experience taught me a lot about managing different aspects of IT infrastructure, preparing me for roles where I need to support and maintain complex systems. 

Overall, this degree was key in developing my technical skills in IT and networking, and it gave me a strong, practical background that I could directly apply in my career. 


A-Level - Computing Science

Lycée Raymond Poincaré (France) - 2015/2017

French high school diploma focused on industrial sciences and sustainable development. This program provided a broad base in technology, engineering, and sustainable practices, aimed at understanding how to create and manage technology in a responsible and efficient way. 

I specialized in digital systems, which meant I focused on subjects like electronics, energy, IT, and network systems. I learned the basics of programming, electrical systems, and engineering principles, which were taught through a mix of theory and practical work. 

We regularly worked on hands-on projects that involved designing and building prototypes, which helped me develop problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively about technology. 

One key part of the program was understanding the environmental impact of technology, which included learning about energy efficiency, sustainable design, and how to minimize waste in engineering projects. 

This perspective gave me a greater awareness of sustainability in technology, which is increasingly important in today’s industry. 

This degree was a solid introduction to the world of technology and engineering, helping me build a foundation in digital systems and sustainable practices. It prepared me for more specialized studies in computing and networking and set the stage for my career in IT and systems management.

Experience

IT System Technician - TrustPayments

Malta - 2024/Current

As an IT System Technician, I am responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of both hardware and software platforms through regular system diagnostics and troubleshooting. 

My role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and peripheral devices, to ensure seamless operations across the organization. 

I continuously monitor system performance, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to improve reliability and efficiency. I manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights to ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain the integrity of the systems. 

In addition to providing technical support, I offer training to end-users on system tools, applications, and best practices, helping them maximize productivity. 

I collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades, patches, and security protocols, ensuring our systems stay up to date and secure. 

I also document IT processes, configurations, and support procedures, facilitating streamlined issue resolution and serving as a useful resource for future reference.


ERP Consultant (Odoo) - Captivea

Luxembourg - 2024/2024

As an ERP Consultant, I assess clients’ ERP needs through consultations, business process analysis, and observations. 

I collaborate with development teams to configure and customize ERP solutions that meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless deployment and integration with existing systems. 

I also run diagnostic tests to identify issues and optimize system performance.

Finally, I provide end-user training and offer technical support to ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the ERP.


IT Support Manager & Customer Success Manager - AlloTools

Luxembourg - 2021/2024

During this experience, I provided B2B and B2B2B customer support on an ERP solution (Odoo), CRM system, and 3D Configurators, ensuring clients received the necessary guidance for optimal system use. 

I assisted the management of the ERP solution development, overseeing the product’s journey from concept through to post-market release, ensuring its success at every stage. 

I also created and managed a support and e-learning website to facilitate user education and issue resolution. 

Additionally, I provided training for clients’ commercial teams, empowering them to effectively use the software and improve business processes.


IT Coordinator - Viessmann

France - 2020/2021

In this role, I delivered technical end-user support through various channels, including telephone, email, and ticketing systems, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.

I was responsible for installing and deploying new devices for over 350 collaborators, covering a range of platforms and softwares such as iPhone, iPad, Chromebook, Citrix, XenApp, SAP, Windows, and Google Workspace. 

Also, I managed the company’s IT devices and networks, ensuring smooth operations, security, and system efficiency across the organization.


Web Developer - Loreme

France - 2017/2020

As a Web Developer, I created two web-ERP systems for the company: one for managing company stock and another for processing customer orders (ASP). 

These systems were tailored to improve operational efficiency and streamline key business processes, helping the company manage inventory and orders more effectively. 

On the side, I managed and updated the company website, ensuring it was always current, functional, and aligned with the company’s needs and branding.
